2.1 How do I register?

We have made it very simple, just by updating your valid email you will be registered with us.

2.2 Username & Password

As soon as you register with your valid email, you will receive an email from customersupport@saraarabia.com with your Username & Password which you can change as per your convenience.

2.3 What if I forgot my Password?

No worries, just click Lost your password shown beneath My Account/Login page and enter your registered email, our Customer Support will send a new password immediately to reset.

2.3 Will my Sara Arabia account expire if I don’t use?

No

2.4 Can I create multiple Sara Arabia accounts?

Yes as far as each account has unique email address for registration.

3.1 Placing an order

Once you decide on the products/styles/models you wish to order, select the size (refer size chart in the Menu for details), select the quantity you intend to order then click ‘add to cart’ for check-out.

3.2 Can I place order without registration?

Yes, you can place order as a guest without registering. However, we highly recommend you ordering through account registration.

3.3 Can I select the products & order later?

Yes, you can select your products and order later by placing it in ‘Wishlist’ and order later on provided you are a registered user with Sara Arabia

3.4 Can I track my Order?

Yes you can track your order under ‘Track Your Order’ option provided you are a registered user with Sara Arabia

4.1 Can I home delivery?

Yes, of course your orders will be delivered to your door step as per the address details shared.

4.2 Can I order Online & pick it from Sara retail stores?

Yes, we do have Click & Collect options in selected store locations

4.3 Do I have to pay extra for local deliveries?

No, your orders will be delivered free. However in Kuwait, if your order is below KD. 20/- a delivery charge of KD. 2.5 would be charged, all orders above KD. 20/- will be delivered without delivery charges

4.4 Can I get delivery internationally?

Yes! Your orders can be shipped to country/location of your choice however with additional shipping charges
