Returns & Refund Policy
Our Customers may Return their Purchases within 14 Days from the Invoice/Delivery date under the following Terms & Conditions:
- 1. The items to be Returned are in perfect condition and attached to the original purchase receipt.
- 2. Customers may select one of the below 3 easy ways to return their purchases:
- a. Return in our Showrooms, visit one of our Showrooms located near to you with original purchase invoice & products to be returned.
- b. E-mail by filling-up Contact Us form or by writing to Customer Service emails available in our website.
- c. Call our given contact #s to register a return & schedule a pick-up though pick-up schedule may take 3 to 5 working days.
- 3. Once the Return order is issued, we will initiate Credit Voucher or Refund based on the payment option that was chosen initially by customers. Credit Vouchers normally takes 24 hours from receiving the return order and Refund may take up to 14 days as per each Bank’s policies and procedures.
- 4. Products used or misused cannot be returned.
